Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, it is hereby informed that, in the event of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (natural person when acting for purposes that are not included in the scope of his activity commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional) may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
